CSA Refund Policy:

Unfortunately, CSA shares are not refundable. Please consider your eating habits and work/home schedule before deciding to sign up for the CSA.  

Cancellation Policy:

The CSA program runs seasonally and cannot be canceled within the current season that was purchased.  If you do not wish to continue the CSA program, simply do not sign up again for the following session. If you wish to donate your remaining shares to a low income family or family that was impacted by the CZU Lightning Fires, email seatoskyfarm@gmail.com

Add-On Refund Policy:

If you purchased an add-on item(s) and it was not up to your standards, we will refund the price or replace it with a like or similar product. Please contact our office to begin this process, seatoskyfarm@gmail.com or 831-419-7773.

Shipping/Delivery Policy:

Sea to Sky Farm does not ship or deliver items except to a predesignated location where CSA shareholders will then pick up their boxes. 

Privacy Policy:

Sea to Sky Farm will not sell/trade/share any of your personal contact information. All information stays with Sea to Sky Farm.  All credit card information is kept only with our secure gateway merchant company.
